This documentation captures Cyberia's work at the most critical phase of any HVAC system — the rough-in and ductwork installation stage, carried out before the ceilings close. Getting this phase right determines long-term system efficiency, operational noise levels, and the ease of future maintenance for years ahead.

- Structural assessment and marking of duct routes across all floor levels before work begins.
- Installation of steel unistrut support channels and hanger rods throughout ceiling cavities.
- Primary round duct runs along main corridors, with insulated flexible duct branches routed to each room's supply point.
- Condensate drainage pipe rough-in from all planned indoor unit locations.
- Electrical conduit routing for AC power supply and control wiring to each unit position.
- Coordination with the civil works team to ensure all structural penetrations are correctly sleeved and sealed.
Why the Rough-In Phase Is the Most Important
In HVAC, what is hidden behind the ceiling matters more than what is visible. A poorly routed duct system — even with high-spec equipment — will lose efficiency, generate noise, and become a maintenance problem. Cyberia's approach is to engineer the rough-in phase with the same rigour applied to the finished installation. Every bend radius is calculated, every hanger spacing is measured, and every penetration is properly sealed and fireproofed.
